Can you get parts to rebuild an oval steering box - if so where and how much..? Does an early 60's unit just swap in? Any other hints appreciated, I have tried adjusting it and it has still got the wobbles.

Did You adjust the small screw at the top???

then try the large nut or socket at the bottom???

I would just replace it with another box...

Mick motors sells new ones for $180...

I think an early 60s box would bolt up OK...
If the oil has leaked out of a steering box...
refill it with lithium based Moly grease....

Only fill Genuine Oval boxes with straight (No Hypoid) 90 weight oil only! definately no grease!
