Hi all

I am looking at buying a T4 for camping and mtn bike trips. I prefer the Caravelle over the Traveller. 1995-1998 seems affordable models for me.

My q's are... what sort of fuel efficiency do they have? 2L or 2.5L? Any troublesome areas I should take note of when searching? Rust areas? Engine cocerns etc etc

My T4 caravelle (2.5) has 214,000km and goes well. Economy wise, it is also good.I average about 12l/100km around town. About 10 on a trip up to the big smoke. Tows well, fits lots of bikes in or on. No real problem area's for me, although some parts may be expensive. Easy to work on too.
