is the car weighed as iteself or do they just look @ the factory specs of it 2 c if it can ba approved, also what does the weight include? like the complete car, full tank of fuel etc, or just the basics for driving? also is it done with you old engine still in, or with new engine in?

its done by a book of specs from the factory. so with the stock motor
