The prancing horse would make it a Ferrari. Nobody in their right mind would risk putting one on a replica.

Thats no Ferrari, I reckon its a Toyota Supa with a Ferrari body kit.
The T Top gives it away.
Never seen a Ferrari with a T Top

MR930 - March 30th, 2003 at 08:16 PM

Its a pontiac fiero with a ferrari body kit .

Grey 57 - March 30th, 2003 at 08:18 PM

Nah I had another look and its a Toyota MR2 with a body kit. Look at the back window

KruizinKombi - March 30th, 2003 at 08:24 PM

It does look like an MR2, but why bother with the badges?

Oh hang on, to dupe suckers like me!! :D

iF There was a panel beater with too much time on his hands......... i like it.

I also like a WELL DONE celica kit too from years ago.

Baja Wes - March 30th, 2003 at 08:41 PM

I'll go with the MR2

fatboy - March 30th, 2003 at 08:46 PM

Hey guys I'm REALLY impressed.

It is an MR2 with a ferrari body kit If I remember correctly the badges are from the same factory that supplies ferrari.
The kit is usually supplied to fit a pontiac fiero.

I visited the factory last year whilst in the UK.
I was checking it out for a friend who was thinking of importing a kit to OZ.

This particular car belonged to one of their customers and was for sale at 13,500 pounds

If NE1 is wondering they are reliable and do outstanding work - I have piccys of the actual fibreglass parts to show the quality and thickness - if NE1 wants them mail me

I'm surprised that Ferrari hasn't sued their butts off!
