Depends if u want a safe and driveable vehicle or a show pony that almost scrapes the sills on the bitumen! Std shocks are ok but if there is not any travel in them (from being way too low) then they won't do much anyway.

The point is that on the rear... the bump stops hit way before the shocks bottom out.... My Notch is 2 notches down in the rear and the bump stops are trimed.... I run stock length GR2's on the rear and it rides fine.... Still got loads of travel.... Mind you, when I have 3 ppl in the back it does touch the bump stops.....No pan scraping evident..... Yet!!! That is the next project!...Yeee harr!
