You can get the aluminium track & Runners from Camec RV equipment, Bldg 3 Archerfield industrial park 07 3710 9000. http://www.camec.com.au.
you may be able to get it from Whitworth's marine supplies, they have lots of good stuff for campervans as well.
You can get a great catalogue from them. www. whitworths.com.au.

Hi there Newbie,
Have got some good aluminium curtain rails in my Kombi. They are like marine/caravan ones. You can get them at Curtain Wunderland at Windsor (Along Gympie Rd) they come in lenghts of up to 3.6m

It is real easy to fit, all pre drilled holes on the rails, and the rails come with there own nylon runners and end caps.

On a lighter note, they are light, look good, come in 2 colours (Brushed aluminium and white) and are easy to fit.

Good luck with the install.

Cheers
Mick

If you don't like drilling holes and having rails installed permanently, you can sew strong magnets in the seams of the curtain to hold them up. It also holds the curtain tight on the window all the way around.
Works a treat and is easy to put up and down.
The magnets I got were ~$1-$1.50 ea from memory. Probably 6 or so magnets per window.
Ring XLmag (Brissy) for the magnets.

Hmm, I like that magnet idea. Now I need to find somewhere in melbourne that has appropriate ones.

Cheers Andy, thanks for the idea!
