volks67,
Could be a VW replacement case number. Heads cut for 90.5 bore mean's you'll have a 1776 minimum. Only way to tell if it's bigger is to pull a head and measure stroke.
74mm stroker crank gives 1903 with 90.5 bore.

Can't find any prefix like that in type 1-2-3-4 including Karmann Ghia or VW thing type 181...

New engine cases come without numbers
[well all the ones I have seen]
but a complete new engine should have an engine number...
so maybe it was a replacement engine as ctefeh said, at some time...
or an industrial engine??

any number like AS21 AS41 or country of Origin??

Is 1905cc a standard VW modified engine size??
1776 - 1835 - 1915 ??

That is what is known as a VP number. It is issued by vicroads, and maybe other rego bodies interstate, when you use a new case. I have been issued these before, and you stamp it in yourself...
As mentioned, the only way is to check your bore and stroke to get your cc's.
