in the fasty when the lights are turned on there is either high beam or high beam no low beam or parking lights??? any suggestions on what it might be?

p.s. i know the switch on the blinker arm that dont work

worth checking Relays, however these shouldnt stop you getting Parker lights , so is probably the Light switch on Collumn/dash.
