Is there anyone around the country that has an exchange rebuilt gearbox service ???
I've got a very noisey 4th gear, lots of transmission/ diff noise in the same place plus slop on the drive shafts at sl;ow low load , could be backlash on the diff I think not necessarily the shafts---anyway I'm after getting the lot done opinions on the best way to deal with this would be much appreciated.

mayb buy the same sorta box and get it rebuilt, then put it in ur car and sell ur current one.
