Manifold heat risers....
Yogibear - May 5th, 2003 at 03:18 PM

Hi Guys,
Just in the process of pulling apart the engine on my 71 Super (first time - sorry for lack of knowledge) and the heat risers in the manifold are full of black sooty crap but they are not rusted at all - what is the best way to clear all this crap out - I have been using a screwdriver but I think that I am not getting it all......

Cheers
