im sure this has been asked before but i need info. How easy is it to lower a type 3? i dont want my notch to be way down on the ground i just want it lowered a little bit just to give a little attitude. What are the requirements? ie time, cost and procedure? Help me out dubbers coz im an idiot when it comes to this stuff

The good news is it is free.
Type 3's are torsion all round and it is a matter of time and elbow grease to lowere a type 3
It is "just" a matter of re-setting the spring plates.

Same as the rear of a type 1
