Torque conversion table
Robo - April 13th, 2007 at 09:52 AM

Hi
Can someone post a table that converts foot pounds into inch pounds. I have a 3/8 sidchrome torque wrench but it only has inch pounds and an other scale I cant think of at the present. I need to know the F/T pound scale, everything in the workshop manuals are in F/T pounds.
Thanks...Rob...

As there are 12" to a foot, 1ft-lb = 12in-lb. Just multiply the ft-lb values in the manual by 12.

I use this to calculate everything. REALLY comprehensive, alphabetical listing, torque near the bottom.
