I am in the process of changing pans over and am having problems getting full pedal with the accellerator- the photo attached is where the idle is at the moment, and the difference from idle to full throttle is only about an inch. Obviously I have something out of allignment.

Any ideas ??

The shaft with the roller needs to be leaning back towards the driver in the lower lump on the pedal. There is a stop on the plate on the L/H side of the tunnel, is it against that stop?
