need help how do you get the mirrors out of the electric outside mirror frames bloody driving me nuts :bounce

if I didn't get sniped on a set I was bidding on recently on ebay, I'd know all about them and be able to help you.

thanks they must clip out but who's going to push and pull until they eather pop out or smash
