This is a technical question.

I want to make a new 'under bonnet protection liner' (or whatever they are called) - the plastic/cardboard piece that covers the fuel tank and hides/protects the wiring behind the dash, for my 1970 Beetle.

Does anyone have an accurate drawing or template with exact measurements?

Or does anyone have one in good condition that I can take the necessary measurements and post back to the forum for all to use?

Just buy one, they are cheap enough

I bought one from Boris, was about $40 I think

any vw parts dealer u can get fiber plastic or fiberglass
