Hey dudes hows it goin,ive got a 67 beetle and im prepping a 68 converted semi-auto pan to swap in,whats the deal with the RTA ,what paperwork am i gunna need when i head down there and is an engineer necessary,thanks guys :kiss

You will need the receipt for the new pan proof of purchase, they need to know where the number came from

you will need a blue slip, if theres not too many mods to the car then it shouldnt be a problem, the blue slip guy will advise he you need a engineers cert

play it by ear

and the RTA will probally ask why did you swap the pan, easiest answer is Rust the old pan was full of rust and not repairable
