Iam just about to order a new ignition system to go with the new engine. Currently looking at the mallory 6 series (either the 6AL2 or the 685). I have been told to jsut get the coil and ignition and not upgrade to the Unilite dizzy as there are reliability issues with them? I do use it on smoothish dirt (autocross). Instead using a electronic dizzy upgrade like a pertronix.

Anybody had any issues with the unilite?
I know i gain some tuning ability with it, but is it worth it?
