4x100 stud pattern on a kombi ?

I have a curiosity question
I'm thinking of maybe getting a single cab bay in the future and i have a set of wheels on my daily driver which are 16x6 in size and a 4x100, 4x114 stud pattern.
Is it ok to go from the 5 stud kombi pattern to a 4 stud as i was thinking of keeping the wheels?

1) Depends on what offset they are. They may or may not stick out to far

2) you will need new blank rotors and drums and get them drilled to that pattern.

Cheaper to get new wheels
