Baja rims
Jamox - May 16th, 2003 at 09:35 PM

Evening all
The previous owner of by baja drilled the rear hubs to 6 stud landcruiser pattern. I have an abundant supply of 4 stud hubs for VWs, but I don't know what sort or rims to get.

I want to put 29 inch tyres on the front and 31's on the back, and I suppose 15 inch rims are the way to do this. Where is the best place to get some? I am a bit of a cheapass so... any ideas? What do all you buggy guys use? Does any other vehicle have the equivalent? Even seconhand ones will do if they are OK.

I probably am after the good old white rims too. I'm not really into chrome etc.

Thanks
Jamie

No such thing as a cheap 4 stud baja rim. I would stick with L/C if it is already done.

Custom Offroad

Is about the only place I knwo of that sells them.

The thing is Brad, they only did the rear hubs. My front ones are still four stud. It is a real pain having different stud patterns. I suppose I will ask our local engineer about it. The rear ones are perfectly round/accurate, but I don't know how they would do the front ones.

I will have a look at Custom Offroad.

Thanks Brad
