Anyone know where to get some flared front and rear guards that look resonably stock but 2" wider?

my father used to have a set, german imports i think, that flared beautifully with a flat edge on them and made to fit standard taillights. I'l check the brand with him if you like, they were the nicest flares Ive seen.

just checked with my father, cant remember the name but he got them from volkspower in the aroung 1980.
