What other oil can bee used instead of this product in Judson Superchargers etc. I believe any mineral based SAE 0w - 20 or 30w will do, but not
synthetic or blended oil?
I'm basically looking for a readily available ( Autopro / super cheap etc) product instead of having to import or spend a fortune on some oil no ones
heard of.
Assistance and opinions welcome.
Thanks
Peter / Bones
I think Dave Birchall will confirm this - on Dave's suggestion I use ATF and it works well. It is also the same colour at MMO so in the bottle it
looks same. I have some real stuff and it is a little thinner than ATF and smells a bit like ether (nice). The other alternative is any upper
cylinder lubricant - Techron, Redex, Morey's or yr Ampco oil. etc.
Ken
Are these oils readily available in Australia, Techron, Redex and Morey's ?
the oil needs to be combustable as its fed into the fuel mix to keep the vanes lubricated so u cant just use off the shelf oils but im sure there
would be some alternative around
like said about speak to birchall
