How do you put a new rubber on a vent window? Surely you dont need to remove the rivot.

What year model yes the 1/4 window must be out a
nd the 68 on 1/4s are about a 3 hour job to get it to sit correctly

fiddly job but yes u need to remove rivets

i drilled out the ones u dont see on the outter frame part that sits inside the door
i used WCM rubbers they had enough give to stretch over the hinge thing but id watch with brazillian ones as they may tear
