Put these on the buggy the other day to gain some more lift. They arent as robust as the old reinforced beetle king pin type but they gave me a narrow five stud pattern, which matches the rear end,disc brakes and about 2" of lift. Told Kombi size spindles but i havent checked yet.
Told they were country buggy when i got these 2 years ago but ??

Country buggy stub assemblies with some sort of disc brake adapted, possibly late type 2 (kombi) going by your stud pattern comments.
