65 beetle with fold forward seats help

can anyone tell me how to get the frt seats out of my 65 type 1 (where do they mount)

just pull the slide handle up and then sit in the back and push the bottom of the seat forward (i find pushing left then right is easiest but be careful).

get a mate to hold the handle up

while you sit on the back sat n kick the seat forward thats if there stock seats
