Can anyone tell Me if there is a trick to removing a door hinge pin on My 68AutoBug... or do You just need a LARGE Hammer?? and a can of WD 40....
It seems they were put in with a very large hammer!!! Do they only go UP??

Lee Remove the door from the car first and turn it upside down, support the hinge before hitting it or you will rip the hinge from the door.

I had to heat the hinge up with an oxy (had to repaint anyway) then use an air chisel with a pointed bit to drive it out. A big hammer and punch didn't shift it at all.

Hope yours are less stubborn than mine!
