If Your engine still has the original oil cooler inside the fan shroud... not out the back of the fan shroud [doghouse]
the seals are 111 117 151 these were used up until the doghouse oil coolers were introduced...
the better looking and working oil seals are 021 117 151A
with the 10mm holes... and the seals are stepped on both sides...
using a late model oil cooler or adaptor You use
111 117 151C which are stepped on both sides...
8mm on one side - 10mm on the other...
I am using a late model adaptor and hoses going to the oil cooler located under the car...
8mm on the engine and 10mm on the oil cooler adaptor
111 117 151A or [kit 111 198 029 with steel washers]
I believe my oil seals may be leaking too...
certainly have a leak there...
cheers

Looking on CIP1 at the original seals, they arn't the ones that came off, the appear to be the A series ones with the stepped rib, however this may
be the cause of the leak due to incorrect seals, i'm going to call Vintage Vee Dub and order some original ones, becasue I do have the original
cooler and motor.

If you put plenty of permatex on the seals when you put them in they won't leak
Ever again

i to have a leak there and turned out to be the hose just needed a bit of a tighten so i changed them and used turbo clips that use a wider band
