Hey Guys.
I need some help to identify me engine so I can identify my fuel pump which needs replacing.
My engine number is AD327618 and its a twin port with single heat risers.
And this is my fuel pump which needs replacing.
Im replacing it due to fuel in my oil prob from a broken diaphram. Is there a way to test this? Do I need to replace the rod that goes from the pump
int the engine?
Thanks
Mike
Hi
There 2 different pumps, you have the early type, the later type for alternators is cantered over to the alternator.
The pushrod will be reusable, just make sure it pokes out 1/2 inch at its highest stroke point.
The alternator pump used shorter pushrod.
Try wiggling the plastic flange, if it doesn't move easily, leave it alone as it can get stuck in the case and be very hard to remove.
