how to tell 1300 tp from 1600tp??? (from face value)

how do ya tell em apart? (late 1300 tp and 1600tp)

AB Engine number, 180mm flywheel, 31 Pict carb

Of course, many rebuilt 1300s will have 1600 barrels, so working on face value alone only tells you "this was originally 1300 (or 1600)".
