VDO Oil temp sender

Hi folks,

Quick and easy one here (i think) - is there a difference between a VDO oil temp sender for a gauge in degress celsius vs. a fahrenheit gauge? Or is the sender the same and the gauge interperets it differently for the units?

I believe it's the full scale deflection that is what the sender is matched to, VDO have 120* or 150* so just convert your full scale on the gauge to celsius and go from there.
