Do a google search for

b&m line lock

The B&M line lock/ roll control is easy to fit with standard brake line making tools. A Brake shop should be able to fit it for you, but understand. It is outside the job range that regular 'pads and disc' jobs that chain stores do. It is also a technically illegal unit if fitted backwards to use as a 'burnout control device'. It is marketed as a 'roll control' device so you can do the same as a handbrake start on a manual vehicle, but use a button instead of a handbrake lever. The roll control unit is used on heavy vehicles and drag cars.

However they can be installed to stop the back brakes from operating, rather than hold the back brakes on as roll control. It is basically installing the unit backwards. Like I said backwards is not the legal way the unit is fitted.
