Install Flat4 / EMPI Eliminator gear shift - cant find gears

Hi guys, anyone installed one of these? I'm struggling to find 1st and 2nd. 3rd, 4th and reverse all good. Any advice? I've tried tightening the bolts whilst in 2nd gear as someone recommended but no luck. There's no instructions in the box and Flat 4's website is mainly Japanese which is helpful! Thanks

If cant find 1st and 2nd needs to be moved to right

This Probably isnt it but have you check your shifter bushing,mine was stuffed and i couldn't get into any gears.
Just a thought.
