Dumb question.....
How much is normal? I have 3 slightly???buckled wheels on a 71 super and the whole car shakes at around 95-110k's. Could this be a cause?? The whole front end has been renewed and the wheels are balanced.

Jack the car up and spin the wheel to see how much it is buckled.

Of course the least amount of movement is the best to have.

You might have to find some new rims
