i ca't sem to find the info i ned to guide me through removal and installation of diagonal arm pivot bushes... Can someone help?
I have been told that i need to replace with urethane to enable better handling characteristics? Is there better/ harder quality urethane, or do i
just get what i can? Cheers

You don't have a Gregory's or Bentley manual ??? Get one dude... seriously... you'll never regret it.
Process isn't that complicated, but expect it to take a good few hours to do. Once safely up on stands, level and wheels off, the first step is mark
all the diagonal arm to spring plate bolts so that you can get the same camber and toe settings as before started. Then undo CV's and take the drive
shaft out, brake drum/rotor off (weight), disconnect or unclip brake lines from diagonal arm, unbolt diagonal arm from spring plate, take off spring
plate retainer/cover, take pivot bolt out, with a bit of jiggling diagonal arm should be able to be lowered out.
Once out drift out the steel inner of the bushes, then the rubbers should pop out easily.
As to urethane replacements... well the different brands are much of a muchness as I understand it, or else go for OE German rubber ones. I've also
heard of people running spun ally pivot bushes, but never tried it myself.

I have seen the inner trailing arm urathane bushes wear on the thrust side and this allows the trailing arm to move side to side creating a clunking noise when you corner.
