Outer door handles?

Hi, I have a silly question...
How do you remove the outer door handles, I have a 67 bug, and have removed the 3 phillips head screws from the catch mechanism but it seems to be still holding?

Undo the screws under the rubber and bump the hanle forward. It'll pop right off once you crack the seal.
