follows
1 Brown
2 White
3 Grey with Black stripe

5 Black with white stripe

try here for a wiring diagram

The wiring of new ones doesn't usually match the old German ones real well.
Can you put pics of the front and back of it up?
for the indicators:
black with white and green trace is indicator signal from the flasher relay
black with green is the right indicator output
black with white is the left indicator output.
The brown will be an earth.
2 of the others will be the horn and the highbeam relay output
brown with white trace is usually the highbeam
Sounds like it may have extra wires for the euro side marker system which isnt hooked up in oz.
hi joel please see attached photos .wires come straight out the back of the switch then up under the dash the the fuses box and where the wires attach.

It will be easier to pick if you remove it and see at the back where the wires are coming from like below
As I said though the indicators are easy then you just need to find the highbeam and horn wire
Hi joel hope these help.
