Has anybody had any experience with fitting through rods in the front tubes to run longer aftermarket trailing arms and coilovers?

Also, what type of car is this going into??
If it's a full bodied Baja or fibreglass buggy you may run into clearance issues between tyre and door pillar area, when running longer front arms unless you move your whole framehead forward the same amount.

Yeah I am about to start Mk II build for my full bodied Baja:!:
Looks like I have sold the rail buggy The bloke is supposed to be here any minute to pick it up:fakesniff:
Is $500 for a complete CB front end good value??
might buy one of these first then look to gearbox and six stud disk brakes
I'm thinking about building the other Baja that I have sitting in the back yard ( It has those all important QT paper that came with it
I will post start a buil tthread and post some pics Once I get some parts together
I have a 74ish superbug body in good shape that I was thinking of using from the A pillars back
OLd mates just turned up Let Mk II begin!!!!
