Hinge pins?

Anybody know how tp get them out? Thought I'd ask before I use the old;
"hit it with a hammer, if that doesn't work... get a bigger hammer"


Or, does anyone know where I can get the tool from? in sydney or elsewhere.

search is your friend, this has been raised a few times & i believe someone in club vw has the tool to do it, or the club itself has one they loan/rent...

other than that, wd40 or similar for a week, constant application as your walking past etc,then pin punch & hammer, possibly add heat, failing that, drill with a healthy dose of precision?
