Are there any wheels suppliers that supply VW 4lug wheel pattern?

I have been having the hardest time trying to find a wheel supplier that has a VW stud pattern. They keep tellingbme to buy a Commodore or Ford.

If not. What are legalities of using adapter plates in NSW? Does anyone know?

I have two. Should I just get another two made and use the wide five rims I have here instead?

Any advice people have I would be very grateful.
