Exhaust that comes out in front of the back tyres

I am building a manx buggy & since we live in a "nanny state" here in Victoria & the only beach is 400 Klm away (portland) I am going to customise my Manx as a street machine & I have seen an exhaust from the states where it comes out in front of the back tyres, problem is I can't find the web site as I wiped from my bookmark. Does anyone know someone with this set up, or someone in Melb that could build it, around Dandenong, would be good. Cheers

Probably easiest to get a custom one made up?

Might want to check legalities though, as im fairly sure they're not legal in Aus
