my 74 kombi sliding door isn't fitting properly. It needs new rubbers all round' but apart from that it is sticking out a bit on the bottom (below the handle). I have tried to straighten it,but am getting quite frustrated.
any ideas?

About the only adjustment is at the latch itself (front and back), and on the top roller. If those three points are correct, the door is bent.
The bottom roller is shimed, but only adjusts height.
