Changing a flywheel and clutch

can anyone tell me how i would go about taking a flywheel off a 1600 and bolting it onto a 1500?

wat toold needed? torque wrench etc ???

any spectialist tools needed?

anything i should know?

you'll need a flywheel lock or a piece of angle iron with two holes in it to bolt to 2 of the pressure plate bolts to hold the flywheel while you undo the big 36mm nut

a 36mm socket to undo the nut and a long extension for extra leverage as the nut is ussually very tight

while the flywheels off change the oil seal at the back of the engine

Muir's book goes thru this using very little w/shop manual verbage esp re torquing the flywheel down again. If you change the seal make sure it goes back in nice & straight. I think (?) Muir suggests using a big washer & the flywheel nut to seat it properly.
