i dont know if this is in the right area... but
anywhere in VIC where you know that you can get rims polished or chromed...

somewhere you have used before or heard of someone getting it done?

You could try Eastern Wheel Works in Lilydale. Have had steelies modified and alloys repaired by them but never chroming or polishing.
