Can anyone please tell me the correct way to adjust the idle on my twin carb 1600 70mod,

Well with any twin carby or multi carby car you have to syncronise the throttle linkages before you adjust the idle or mixtures .


This means making sure that both throttles open and close at the same time

this is done by adjusting the linkages with the fast idle backed right off on the carby.

This is time consuming and fiddly
