One of the studs on my 34 PICT 3 is pulling (spinning when tightening nut). Can this be repaired or is the carb stuffed?

Is it the one under the bowl at the back or the front one?

you can use a nut and bolt on the front one with a bit of grinding but the rear one under the fuel bowl will need a helicoil.
