any one know the drag coefficient of a 71 beetle. I need to know for an assignment i'm doing. even a ballpark figure would be helpfull.

yeah, i'd like to know too, then we'd know why at 100 Mph it's like drowning in quickset concrete.

The only figure I ever found was 0.458. That's pretty pathetic, and I reckon my Baja is even worse!

fyi: a Eunos 800 is .29... better than a 911 I think!
