head spacer mod

has anybody performed a mod on the barrell size of the head for spacing a 92 mm barrel in a 94 mm barrel hole ive found a good set of heads far from me in sydney but have found no one to perform the mod to the head its all to hard.
if anybody has done this sort of mod please let me know the motor is to be turboed so the less clearence the better

Simple spacer, it will end up with aproxamatly 1MM wall thickness, any machine shop could make them for you. just have to measure it up.

youll be suprized what can be done in a metro area and what cant be done if it hasnt got 8 cylinders hahahahaahhaha ill try and contact dave

Yarp, wanted to get a baseline flow figure on some non V8 heads and no-one in Brissy could be arsed.

Any good machine shop in any area should have the ability for simple spacers like this tho. Crikey I could machine these up when I was still in skool. Dead simple.

sweet might have found someone out at the mines that knows someone .............. hopefully speak to him some time this week
