This is to let all the New Zealanders on here that there is now a NZ VW forum called NZ Vee Dub Nuts, please note that this is not to draw any attention away rom this great forum, it's just a more specialized for us Kiwi's.

hey Tasmanians might have two heads, but the saying does go two head are better than one...i dont get it with NZders they talk different so we pick on em, but americans talk different do we pick on em no, we suck up to them....its like the pecking order is everywhere!!! Stop the world i want to get off!!!

I kinda bat for both sides - born / live in NZ but Mum was Australian, so I have family spread around Melbourne....

I guess that makes me a nocturnal flightless bird that can hop at great speeds :thumb

Ahh.. You remember when our site was that big Brad? Back in the days when gay meant happy...

All the best mate. I used to email people that were selling anything VW through any trading posts or you've got that trade.co.nz or something, plus NZ ebay.. Email em, have a pre typed letter ready, then cut and paste it.. At one stage I had 576 or something emails I had sent promoting the forum.. Thats a few, believe me.
Alternatively, SMS people on their mobiles too.. I've done plenty of that as well.

Gotta do these things if you want the numbers.

Hey thanks for the advice, I have been telling as many people as possible, as you know forums only realy work if they have a wide range of users, we will get there.
576 e-mails not quite at that stage yet... thats a lot of e-mails but I guess the hard work paid off as this is a great forum.
