Haven't mate final decisions on what i wanna build in the future in relations to vee dubs, but will definitely consider this, seeing that beast.

The organisation making em' in Australia appears to be new. Nice to see we have another local supplier. They just haven't got their prices yet. Probably POA.

Does anyone know what sort of cash they are talking?

Can you buy them as a kit?
Will they be legal in NSW?

Looks like a pretty tight package. Think they'll be making a bit out of it!

I emailed em earlier, and here is the prices/standards:

"All our cars have Subaru engines. The different configurations are either
rear engine or mid engine and are all rear wheel drive. All our cars come
standard with leather interior, CD, remote locking, imobilizer, and a full
12 months warranty with 2 free services in the first year.
If you are our customer and have a build number you are entitled to
purchase parts at almost cost price.

We are based in Melbourne. These cars are custom built to your
specifications.
We don't consider these cars to be classified as kit cars. The quality,
finish and performance of these vehicles are equal to any $100,000 plus cars
on the market. The greatest aspect is that they look just so different to
anything else on the road.

Most of our cars are priced at around $80,000.

Yeah, thats exactly my reaction when i saw the price tag. WOW, $80k.

Its far more expensive compared to all the other world manufactures I've seen. But its mixed, and the ones i have seen are all vw based.

But when you think that someone pays $95k for a standard 4 cylinder Honda s2000, $80k can get you something much more of a head turner and far classier (that is, the speedster). So in comparison to others, I reckon its a decent price for a car that comes to ya fully built and complianced, ready for rego.

Far more nicer compared to any other speedster supplier on the internet i have seen.

I've seen many versions of the speedster by various manufacturers. Whilst they are all pretty horny I still prefer a coupe. Does anyone know if they are produced anywhere? Would be interesting to know.

approx $80,000 turn key not a kit .has been road tested for 2 years and finished in the top ten in the grand prix rally the best fibreglass body out there.

Looks like a Renault Apline 110.

I'd like something more than Empi 8 knockoffs for my $80k. Looks good and would go like stink no doubt.
