bugselecta and photoshop:thumb

How ya get the engine lid to stand off like that and the ragtop ?

the rag is from busselecta (the bus one) i shortend it to fit the beetle and then grafted it on to the beetle in photoshop...then i lassoed the engine lid and moved it away from the car and then rotated it so the bottom was agaist the car to look like jacks and then filled in the spaces with the right colours.

Very clever and creative...:thumb

man i am still pissed of that i cant seem to down load the pics. if i get it down loaded, it then tells me i dont have the software to open it. can some one help me?

make's me wish i had photoshop on my pooter.....

u mean the pics posted in this forum 2g? or the pics in bugselecta? cause to get the pic from bugselecta u have to print the screen and paste it into paint or photoshop or similar editing program

ok heres the deal. i say print to file. press ok. it then asks file name. and then i got no idea.... HELP!

mate wasn't till last night i got it sussed how to save em !! still messed it up first time or two.

well i must be a mooron, as i still cant figure it. what do i do after i say pritn to file, as it asks for a name. then when i find the download, the bastard computer tells me it doesnt know what to use to open it and that i should go searching. what the f is that all about. stupid HP.

ok this is really quite simple.. ( no offense intended and i hope none is taken)......look for a button on your keyboard which says "Print screen" it will be on the right hand side above the cursors........after u have made your bug or bus or porsche using the selecta press that button.........this will create a picture of everything that was on the screen at that time and put it in the clipboard...(be carefull not to have your cursor over the pic) then go into mspaint and either go to edit menu and click paste or press CTRL + V to paste the screen print into the editor then all u have to do is crop so all thats in the pic is the bug or bus etc and then save it :thumb hope this helps

dont worry about it u arent a moron....how can u know something if u have never been taught (self taught is included).......i asked some really stupid questions about volkswagens when i cane to this forum and am likely to ask many more it just so happens i know my way around a computer better than a bug

ha ha looking good alex......i could make a 1302 to look like mine but then id have to paint some of it reddish brown, work out how to make it look like dints in the body and missing the runningboard on one side :P
