Some of the specials are easy to spot....

The ambos (Yellow)
The cargo (Blue)
The high-roof (Red)
The wide tray (Green)

But what is the one being pointed to? It is a panel but appears to have skylights!

Those look like they're below the gutter line, maybe it's some logos.

the one being pointed to is probably an ambulance, they had 3 windows on each side for light but for privacy the bottom 3/4 were frosted
